More information

This piece comes from a small workshop located in the Central West of Portugal, in the Estremadura region. Its design is characteristic of the famous Caldas da Rainha ceramics, whose best-known creator is Bordallo Pinheiro.

The molds used in this workshop have been passed down from generation to generation, and the current owner still uses his grandfather’s molds today. Each piece is carefully handmade, and production remains very limited.
