All our products are in our own stock.
All items shown on our site are available in our own stock for instant shipment. If an item is momentarily unavailable, we do not offer the possibility to order it.
Your items are carefully packed.
We take care of the preparation of your package ourselves. Your items are packed in tissue paper, we use environmentally friendly and clean kraft paper padding as well as recyclable double or triple layer cardboards.
Your package will be shipped the same day of your order.
All orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (local time in Portugal) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the next day. Please note that if you place an order on Friday afternoon, it can only be shipped the following Monday.
Your delivery is tracked and your package is delivered to you against signature.
Depending on the destination countries, the nature of the packages and your selection, we use different delivery services. However, for reasons of quality of service, security and speed, all our deliveries are made by parcel tracking and delivery against signature whatever the delivery method you choose.
You are notified of each step of the delivery.
Whatever your choice of delivery method, you will receive an email or an SMS at each step of the delivery of your package. You can also track the status of your package by logging in to your account on our site.
Delivery times are respected
Delivery times depend on your choices and the country of destination. They are clearly indicated at the time of the validation of your order. These deadlines are communicated by our carriers and are validated by our statistical observations. However, they are communicated as an indication, remain under the responsibility of the carriers and do not engage the Company Strong Existence Lda.
Delivery is guaranteed.
As long as the delivery address is correctly filled in, that you are available to receive your package or to pick it up at a relay point, we guarantee the reception of your package and its replacement in case of loss. We advise you to select the delivery method that offers a guarantee in case of lost or damaged package.
We remain available at all times.
If your package is not delivered to you within the expected time, if your package is delivered damaged, if your package is declared lost or simply if you want information about your order and its delivery, we are here to help you and give you the service you expect. We ship to all European countries, the USA and Canada.
All orders shipped to European Union countries include VAT. Therefore you do not have to pay any tax or import duty, prices are net. Deliveries outside the European Union (to the USA, Canada or Switzerland for example) are subject to a Customs declaration that we make. This may, if necessary, result in the collection of duties and taxes that may be claimed from you.
Despite all these measures, despite the selection of carriers known for their quality of service and reliability, it may happen, in a few isolated cases, that the delivery process does not go perfectly.
Your package is not delivered to you ?
All our deliveries are carried out with a permanent identification of the parcel by tracking number which is communicated to you and the parcels are given only against your signature. Under these conditions, it is the responsibility of the Company Strong Existence to deliver your package. If this one was lost, we commit ourselves refunding you your order or sending another parcel to you within a time which could not exceed 30 days.
Attention, if the carrier indicates that your parcel was delivered, we are not able to lodge an appeal. It is then your responsibility but we remain available to assist you in your steps.
Your package is damaged ?
We only use new packing cartons specially designed for international transport. If the package presented to you is visibly damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery, indicating the reason "damaged package" and immediately notify the carrier's central services (available on the internet) and then inform us so that we can provide you with all our assistance.
Items do not match your order ?
If the items you received do not correspond to your order, simply send us a photo of the items received within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will then proceed, at our expense, to the return of the package received and the shipment of a new package.
Your items are damaged ?
If the packaging cardboard seemed intact and one or more of your items were damaged, if you have selected a delivery method that includes the "loss & breakage" guarantee, simply send us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of receipt of your package. We will then proceed to its replacement or refund.
You refuse the reception of the parcel ?
If you refuse the delivery of your package, it will be returned to us by the carrier. Subject to receipt of the items in good condition, we will then proceed to refund the amount paid for your order from which we will subtract the delivery costs and the return costs for an amount of $ 24.99 plus $ 5.00 administrative costs.
You do not pick up your package at a relay point ?
If you do not pick up your package within the time limits mentioned by our carriers, it will be returned to us. Subject to the reception of the articles in good condition, we offer you the possibility of being refunded the amount paid for your order from which we will subtract the delivery costs as well as the return costs for an amount of $ 24.99€ plus $ 5.00 for administrative costs.
