The high-altitude vineyards of indigenous grape varieties, planted on rocky soils, allow this white wine to express the true character of the Douro.
After refrigerated transport to Quinta de Nápoles, the grapes enter the winery, where a full selection takes place on a sorting table. They are pressed in an automatic press and, after cold static decantation, the must moves to a stainless-steel tank where it ferments spontaneously at controlled temperature.
