Original fine art photograph by João Cabral, printed on satin matte paper and hand-signed by the artist. Delivered flat, ready to be framed to suit your space.

In this captivating composition, João Cabral immerses us in a dreamlike vision of the banks of the Douro River. The Eiffel Bridge, the iron giant built by Gustave Eiffel himself, emerges through a mysterious, almost unreal mist. The ghostly atmosphere transforms this iconic Porto landmark into a poetic apparition, suspended between dream and reality.

A contemplative work that captures the melancholic soul of the river and the silent majesty of Portuguese heritage — perfect for creating an intimate and sophisticated ambiance.

About the photographer

João Cabral lives and works in the Porto region (Portugal). He studied photography at the Portuguese Institute of Photography after earning a degree in painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto.

For him, this academic background was essential to approach classical photography through light, drawing, and composition.

He first explored landscape photography, but his focus has gradually shifted toward street and documentary photography. His current body of work follows a systematic approach to black-and-white photography, architecture, and street scenes, creating timeless images shaped by imagination, memory, childhood, and the passing of time.
