Cabriz is the most successful wine from the Dão region, both in Portugal and abroad.
This red wine has an intense ruby colour and a fruity, smooth, elegant and harmonious flavour, mainly composed of red berries, woodland fruits, spices and a slight toasted note.
It pairs beautifully with white or red meats, cooked dishes (including fish-based recipes) and soft cheeses.
