At the origin of this Moscatel are grapes harvested just before full maturity to ensure high acidity, followed by ageing in French oak barrels — 90% used and 10% new. This barrel-ageing process allows the winemakers to select the wines that will form the final blend, resulting in a richer, more intense and more complex wine.
